第五個星期「每週最佳食譜」就係呢碟就Queena Wong嘅XO醬三椒炒帶子啦!

材料:帶子 8兩.燈籠椒(青、紅、黃) 各1個.蔥度 2條.薑肉 1塊.蒜肉... 3粒 ,XO醬 1湯匙.生粉 1湯匙.鹽 1/4茶匙.雞粉 少許
一磅帶子醃法: 食用疏打粉 1/5茶匙,幼鹽 1/4茶匙,糖 1/5茶匙,鷹粟粉 1茶匙,雞粉 少許

做法一啲都唔難㗎!只係得三個Step咋!
1.先將已醃好嘅帶子用滾水浸熟,瀝乾
2.燒熱油鑊,放三色椒落鑊炒至半熟,撈起備用
3.加2湯匙油,燒熱油鑊,用大火爆香蒜茸,加入XO醬同蔥,再將帶子同三色椒回鑊炒勻,加入一啲濕生粉水,收汁炒至熟透即可
