材料: 河粉2張、紅甜椒1個、黃甜椒1個、細蘆筍100公克、苜蓿芽半盒。
調味料【沾醬】...:原味優格1杯、桑椹原汁少許

如果想係屋企試煮,只要跟住下面果兩個步驟就得架啦!
1.紅、黃甜椒均切條狀,蘆筍切段,全部煮燙,涼後瀝乾,全部材料都用冷開水洗過瀝乾
2.河粉1張切成3份,包入全部材料,食用前淋上沾醬即可
